Never guilty of being a mum

As part of Iris women's International womens day, we wanted to create a campaign to help celebrate the working mums and mums to be at the agency in a way that acknowledges how much they've got on their place compared to the rest of us. They are essentially working two full time jobs. 
The insight behind this came from the fact that up to 85% of working mothers feel guilty going back to work and leaving their children, therefore we wanted to make them aware that we understand the struggle and they shouldn't feel guilty for just being a mum. 
We worked with a team of designers at iris who took our vision and ran with it to create a collection of beautiful artwork that was displayed around the Iris London office during the week of Mother's day.
